|1.PAYMENT METHOD

● Payment can be made in full before the start of the service or split into two parts (50/50) 50% before the draft and 50% after approval of the draft.
● I only accept payments via paypal.
● Priority fee: +100% of the value of the artwork for urgent deliveries.
● depending on the complexity of the artwork, prices may vary

|ORDER DETAILS

● When contacting me, please provide all the details needed to create the artwork, such as pose, character, expression, colors and any other specific preferences.
I have the right to share the finished artwork on my social networks, except when explicitly asked to keep the request private.
● My signature will be present on the artwork. I do not allow it to be removed, but I can adjust its position as necessary.
Adding extra characters to the order will increase the price by 70% of the character value
● After initial approval, work will begin within one working week, subject to the complexity of the order.
Any significant changes to the details after work has begun may generate additional costs and extend the delivery time.

SENDING A FILE

● The finished file will be sent via Google Drive or email.
● For commercial packages on physical products, use requires visual and written credits, and may include an additional commercial use fee of at least 2x the standard resale price.

DEADLINE

●Delivery may vary from 1 to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
●Changes to deadlines will be informed in advance.
Any specific deadlines for events must be communicated before confirming the order.
● I will meet the agreed deadlines, but I cannot be held responsible for delays for events or appointments for which the customer has not informed me of the need for a deadline before confirming the order.

REFUND / CANCELLATION

●In the event that I need to cancel the order for reasons that affect my mental health, safety or integrity, I will notify the client and issue a full refund or a refund in proportion to the work already done.

●After the artwork has been finalized: no refund will be possible as this is digital media and cannot be returned.
● In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the customer can request cancellation and a full refund within 7 calendar days of order confirmation, provided that the work has not yet begun

USE OF ART

●Personal use: The artwork can be posted on your social networks as long as due credit is given.
●Restrictions: I do not allow modifications to the artwork, tracing or use in AI generators.
●Commercial use: Additional fee for commercial use depending on the project. The client must credit the artwork visibly on the material produced.
